About Wenerate

Wenerate is a Hungarian startup founded in 2020. The founders combined their experience in sustainability and energy efficiency with the latest technologies to create software that helps companies increase energy efficiency while tapping into the business opportunities of energy transformation and sustainability.

The Story of Wenerate

We started our career as energy consultants in 2018 and after a few years of experience, we felt it was time to start a new chapter. Our idea was to develop a software solution in the field of energy management.

In June 2020, we founded Wenerate Ltd. based on the initial idea formulated in 2018. By the end of the year, we proudly presented the BETA version of the developed software. Satisfied customers and positive feedback encouraged us to further develop.

In March 2021, being selected for the K&H Start-IT incubator program gave a new impetus to our project. As our customer base grew, we started negotiations with Hiventures Venture Capital Fund Manager, and in 2022, we received the Magvető Investment.

After that, our team quickly expanded and within a few months, we grew to 15 members. With the help of our new colleagues and continuous software development, we strive to meet the growing needs of our customer base. In 2023, we launched our expansion into foreign markets and gained trust in Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Quality Policy

The foundation of our work at Wenerate Ltd. is long-term cooperation, reliability, and quality with our customers. To achieve this, we regulate our service activities in accordance with the ISO 9001 quality management system standard and comply with legal requirements, continuously improving them. We set quality objectives, encourage and, where possible, implement quality improvement initiatives from stakeholders.

Furthermore, the objectives of Wenerate Ltd. are:

  • continuous education and training of our employees,
  • developing our employees' commitment to our quality policy, making it an internal drive,
  • supporting our customers with up-to-date knowledge and tools,
  • measuring our activities through continuous customer satisfaction surveys, obtaining an objective picture, and improving and developing based on the opportunities.
